We accept patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults and seniors.



What are your clinic hours?

We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Where is your clinic?

We are located in the lower level of 2336 S. Main Street.


Can you fill my prescriptions?

Yes. We can send your prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy.

COVID-19 has made me nervous for an in-person appointment. Are there other ways I can “visit” my doctor?

What insurance do you accept?

We are working to accept all forms of insurance but currently are not in network with Tricare or Multiplan.

How do I pay my bill?

We offer several payment options. You can call the office or visit your patient portal to pay your bill with a credit or debit card. We also accept cash and checks in-person or by mail.
