Meet Our Team

At Continuum Family Care, we take pride in the expertise and dedication of our team of medical professionals. Our team is not just highly qualified but also deeply committed to providing the best possible care to our patients.

Dr. Chip Fillingane DO

Dr. Chip Fillingane earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2006. After graduating from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2010, Dr. Fillingane completed his residency at the Siouxland Medical Education Foundation in Sioux City, Iowa, and has spent more than five years as a staff physician at Mosaic Life Care in Maryville, Missouri. His passion for maintaining patient health and simplifying health care drove him to create his own practice, Continuum Family Care. Dr. Fillingane is dedicated to taking a comprehensive approach to prevent medical issues and assess the health of the entire patient instead of simply alleviating symptoms.

Amanda Auxier MSN, APRN, FNP-C

For 26 years, Amanda has followed her passion for healthcare from CNA to LPN to RN, going back to school when her youngest child started kindergarten to become the nurse she envisioned. Experience in long-term care, ICU/ER, and home health shaped her into a nurse practitioner committed to bringing old-school, personalized primary care to rural Northwest communities. She treats patients of every age, blending preventive medicine and chronic disease management with services like wellness exams, DOT physicals, and dermatologic and gynecologic procedures. When she’s not caring for patients, Amanda is happiest outdoors, fishing, traveling, or spending time with her husband of 26 years, their three grown children, and three grandchildren.

Michelle Jones, LCSW

Michelle Jones graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Missouri Western College in 1998 and graduated with her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Missouri in Columbia in 2002. Michelle then obtained her Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the State of Missouri in 2015. Her career has included working in client’s homes, schools, hospital settings, psychiatric wards, prisons, hospice, and alcohol and substance abuse treatment centers to name a few. Michelle has been an outpatient caseworker and therapist that continues to love working with children, families, and individuals for almost 30 years. Michelle is dedicated to helping in all areas of a person’s life and offer a direction of hope, where many have thought they lost it. One of her favorite quotes is by C.S. Lewis that states: “You cannot go back and change the beginning, but you can start from where you are and change the ending.”

Erin Baldwin, LCSW

Erin Baldwin graduated with her Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and History from Northwest Missouri State University in 2015 and earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2023. Erin has experience working with older adults in an intensive outpatient mental health setting, as well as supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through a variety of life challenges.

Erin works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. She believes that every person is the expert on their own life and strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Using a person-centered approach, Erin partners with clients to identify their strengths and values, helping them develop a personalized path toward healing and growth. Even when clients aren’t sure where they want to go or how to get there, Erin believes that, together, they can create the map that leads them there.

Erin is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, discover hope, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Ame Ebrecht has been a licensed practical nurse for more than 20 years. Inspired by both her grandmothers, Ame attended Northwest Technical School in Maryville, Missouri and earned her LPN certificate in 1997. Ame enjoys the challenge of pinpointing health issues, helping patients heal and connecting with each of her patients to understand their needs. When she’s not tending to patients, you can find Ame riding four-wheelers or cruising in classic cars with her husband and son.
